Snow problem?
I’m starting a new writing contract tomorrow, and it’s snowing like mad outside. While I think it’s gorgeous, I hope it stops — and the roads are dry — by the time I have to drive 30 minutes north in the morning. This article doesn’t give me a lot of faith, however. Being a Vermonter, yes, I know how to drive in the snow. In Vermont. But here in Seattle, I have a few other variables to consider: the roads aren’t salted or plowed, other people aren’t used to driving in the snow, and I have a rear-wheel drive car. Sigh.
I’d post pictures of the winter wonderland, but the camera is not here. If the snow sticks around, and it looks like it will, I’ll post some tomorrow.
